For a limited time, Universal Studios Orlando is offering an incredible deal! You get 3 Free Park Days with the purchase of 2-Day tickets. And as much as we love Disney, you can pretty much guarantee the House of Mouse will never offer this type of ticket deal. However, this deal is only good for Park-to-Park tickets purchased through June 12, 2019.
To celebrate this deal, we've outlined 3 different sample itineraries for Universal Studios Orlando. With each itinerary, we’re assuming you purchase Park-to-Park tickets which let you visit multiple parks in one day. We're also assuming that you’re staying at an on-site resort. Universal Studios Orlando has three theme parks: Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay. The first two are traditional parks while the third is a water theme park. Because of this, we recommend five days at Universal Orlando to get the full experience. Here’s our suggested Universal Studios 5-day itinerary:
On top of that, several attractions, like SeaWorld, the Orlando Eye/Madam Taussaud’s/SeaLife Aquarium, WonderWorks Orlando, even WDW, are only a short trip from Universal. If you want, you can easily expand this 5-day trip into 6 or even 7 days.
UNIVERSAL TIP - For the shortest Volcano Bay lines, arrive when VB opens, or wait until after 3pm when most people are leaving.
From time to time, people ask us about booking a long weekend in Orlando. Maybe it’s someone’s birthday or anniversary. Or maybe a group of friends simply want to hang out somewhere they've never been before. For a long weekend at Universal, we recommend this Universal Studios 3-day itinerary:
Did You Know - Both Disney and Universal Studios pitched Harry Potter creator J.K. Rowling their plans for a Harry Potter attractions. Obviously, Rowling chose Universal!

If you’re thinking of doing this while you’re at Disney World, but only have one day at Universal, what should you focus on? Without a doubt, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter should be top of your list.
Let’s get real folks. The Harry Potter attractions are Universal’s crown jewel. Without a doubt, these areas offer some of the most immersive, interactive theme park experiences you’ll ever have.
